SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to? We are a UK-based company and ship exclusively to the UK mainland. Please Note: Due to high courier costs, we currently do not ship to the Channel Islands or internationally.

Are you a drop-shipping company? No. We hold all our stock here in the UK (North Wales). This means no hidden import taxes, no waiting for overseas shipments, and faster delivery via trusted UK couriers like Evri (Hermes) or Royal Mail.

How long does shipping take? We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 4 to 8 business days depending on your location. Note: We require your email and mobile number at checkout so our couriers can update you on your delivery status.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If 7 business days have passed since your order date and you have not received tracking information, please contact us.

ORDERS & RETURNS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your product is defective or if you simply change your mind, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please include your name and order number inside the return parcel so we can process it quickly.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you may cancel your order for a full refund with no penalty, provided it has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return procedure once it arrives.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do? If you notice a mistake in your address, please email us immediately with your order number. We can usually correct the address within 24 hours of the order being placed. Important: If the order has already been processed or shipped to the incorrect address provided, we cannot offer a refund, so please double-check your details at checkout.

What currency are the prices in? All prices on our store are listed in British Pounds (GBP).

Do I need planning permission to fly a flag? Generally, under UK law, you do not need planning permission to fly the Union Jack, the Welsh Dragon (Y Ddraig Goch), or the St George's Cross from a vertical flagpole on your property. However, we always recommend checking with your local council if you live in a conservation area or listed building.
